Unable to Month End Due to Active Users
Updated 24th September 1999

If you ever crash your computer whilst in the system it will not only leave you as an active user but will also retain the fact that a user is active within a specific module. This feature is designed to ensure data integrity as when a computer system crashes it can corrupt the data. If you are completely sure that no data was being processed when the computer crashed you can manually clear the active user yourself. If you go into System Utilities you will be warned that you should contact KRAM. If you Press Space at this Warning you will have another warning message informing you that there are active users. Press Space again and the System Control Screen will be displayed informing you of how many users are active. You can clear the active users by selecting the Clear Option twice.
